Returns:

- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5 days.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- Customized items are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Exchanges:
- To exchange an item for a different size or design, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability and may incur additional shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a free replacement or refund. However, if the replacement item is also damaged, we will not be responsible for further issues. In such cases, we will report the complaint to the courier company. If the courier company approves a refund, we will process it for you. Please note that shipping fees will be deducted from any refund amount.
Advance Payments:
- If you have made an advance payment and do not complete your order or fail to receive the product, the advance payment will not be refunded.
